I was wondering if it's normal for the transmission to move around when you change gears on a 3s car, seems like whenever I granny shift I can feel it move a little

I was thinking my tranny mount is shot but is this normal?

Yes it’s normal for it to move a bit. The only way it wouldn’t move would be to match the exact rpm to speed when you shift, it as nothing to do with how fast you shift.
But everything with how fast the motor is turning VS the speed of the wheels and what gear your in.
