Front licence plate bracket

Does anyone have any ideas for mounting the front licence. I live mainly in sask so thats where my cars registered and you need a front licence plate. I just zip tied it on for now. I went to the dealer and they said 90 bucks for a new bracket. I would rather not spend that much money to hold my licence plate. Does anyone have any ideas of how to mount it. And if you have pics please share. Its a 92 stealth TT.
