After Quimby's bad experience at the Crosstown dealership, I decided to stop by and talk to the general manager.
I asked him why he would have a tech familiar in only the electronics looking at the mechanical aspect of a high performance motor... he side stepped the question and told me I would have to talk to the service manager regarding that..
After some discussion, he said there was nothing he could do about what was billed, I mentioned that there will be several of us stopping by one day to make a statement in protest to any future/existing clients, to make the general public aware of what happened...
He did not want to cause a big ruckus regarding the matter and offered us something in exchange…
We get a 40% discount on anything ordered from their parts department. :thumbup:
Just mention that you are a member of Canada3si, only limitation is that the parts must be for a stealth or 3000GT or the discount does not apply…
I will call him back today and get the contact information for the parts department, and the parts manager.
