A few days ago I swapped out the wimpy stock horns in my car for some FIAMM AM80 trumpet horns. I got the lo-note and hi-note FIAMMs at Crappy Tire for $20 each. They come with all the hardware you need and if you follow the instructions on the Stealth 316 site, the job is not too tough. Actually, for 2nd gen Stealths it's real easy because you can reach the horns through the grill - you don't have to rip the bumper off.
