Let's not critisize the asking price on the person's thread. If you're not interested to buy the car, don't fill his for sale add with your "opinion" on how much he's asking for it.

And FYI monopoly, Supra book value is ALOT lower than 3S book value. Why do you agree with Supra owners asking more????

have you seen the selling value of a 1995 Supra lately??? u'd lucky if you could find one for $25,000 US!! heh maybe if you could talk em down $5,500 you'd be in business:)

i mean it was only the asking price right???

The car sounds very nice.

The price does seem a little high, but just like supra's, if you can get it, why not.

I paid $19,000 for my 95 rt/tt with 90,000. It had a few mods, but nothing spectacular (but it did/does need work). The dealer was originally asking for $22,000. So the guy isn't all that off for a car with lower milage, and a virgin engine.

I know what the asking price for Supra's is. Go buy a supra for 30k, if anything happens to it, the insurance won't give you ANYWHERE near that much, because the car isn't worth ANYWHERE near that much. The book value on Supra's is LOWER than 3S's, the asking price however, is a diffrent story.

u get more for a 3K from insurance than u would for a Supra???
that's fucked!!! u must not pay as much insurance on a Supra then.
I pay almost 300$ a month on my Stealth w/full coverage
I mean Supra's are pretty hard to come by where I live.

I'm don't think that price is necessarily too far out of line. When I was looking for my car, the Stealth's out west tended to go for around $5,000 more out here than they did in Ontario and Quebec.
A 95 TT with 57,000 km was listed here in Calgary last month for $38,000. I didn't even bother looking at it; but it did sell!

I don't know what you get from who, LOL. I was just saying, back when i bought my car, a few years back, my 96 was valued more than a 96 Supra TT.

The F&F movie glamourized the Supra and bumped up it's asking price. Supra owners ask 10,000 dollars+ over the actual NADA value of the car.

anyway, who cares, this is too off topic... lol
