My friend just became a cop in Halton. Hes a young guy with a lowered civic, rims, and exhaust, but the thing is he'll never have to worry about this ever happening to him.

The older guys on the force look at it like this. If a car is done up then they think it goes out racing, and since they can't catch them for racing, they nail them with as many tickets as possable when they get pulled over.
