Looking for an old crappy computer monitor in the Toronto area. One you are not using anymore that you would like to see go to a good home. :)

Dont know if this is the right place to be asking, but I know alot of you Toronto area guys are in computer industries and I just need a junky old freebie to hook up my desktop at my girlfriends temporarily.
(She has an iMac so cant use her monitor)

Any leads would be great. Couldent find anything on Craigslist Toronto.

The last meet we had was 4 guys and I was the only one that didnt work for IBM at some time. One of you has to have an old monitor with graphitti, cigarette burns and a missing power button! :o

That's funny, because both Davin and I worked closely with, or for, Unisys! But that's like comparing an Echo with a Stealth....:D

Fast Eddie,

If you can't find one for free, check out a used computer store. Last time I looked, a used 15" went for $20.

P.S. I also worked for Unisys (of course that was ten years ago when there were 4000 of us. Think there's 400 in Canada now...:D )

Think there's 400 in Canada now...:D )I was the last Sales/Marketing/Services guy west of Toronto when they came looking for my head. I was with them long enough to remember the late 70's in Calgary where we had almost 400 people in our branch alone. Those were the days.......:(
