Need help

I have a 91 3000gt vr4 waterpump went and it overheated i need to get the heads remanned im thinking of getting a rebuild kit and getting the engine and the block hottanked does anyone know some good shops that i can take it too or anyone who knows these engines who would be interested in helping me out. Also the tranny has a hard time to get into second gear and if i can get it into second i have to hold it or it will pop out so if anyone knows where i can get the syncros that would be great as well
