I just heard on this on the news...... some cafeterias in govt buildings in Washington were asked to remove the word FRENCH from thier meny items due to france openly not going along with any american move for war.....

They now sell freedom fries :D and freedom toast :D

I was going to post this on 3si.org but after looking a couple of posts I deleted it: I think american ppl now are more for the war then against it. Still would like ppl to read it... Being a french canadian myself all those despictable things turns my stomac also...

I support american troops, don't get me wrong I am a canadian citizen and I don't hate american ppl like you and me that had nothing to do for this war. But don't you think Bush did something that was morally wrong? What would you do if your mother gets killed by "mistake" from an US bomb. Umm I would be pretty angry and I can't tell you what would I do but I know I wouldn't swallow it. Sincerly It will bring more terrorism and hatrid against the US then anything else. Saddam is a monster considered he did torture his country but who put him there in the first place. To get the facts straight it was US. I have Iraqi friends with their family caugt up in Irak. And let me tell you that it is not that easy going for them either. Bush is there for their oil, nothing else and now alot of countries wants in on it too. The fact is that Irak doesn't have chemical weapons he would of used it on his own ppl by now and US troops what does he care? The last thing I heard from Saddam is that he hangs womans with their heads down so they can die from their periods come on LOL!!!! News is a bunch of freaking lies and hidding stuff is easy.

Don't forget that in the US it's "Spanish as a second language". It's only in Canada that we have "French as a second language".
