17" Stock Chrome Rims

Hi,

I have a set of 17" Chrome rims with rubber that came off my 94 Stealth RT TT.

If anyone wants them, make me an offer.

Any bubbling or chipping of the chrome?
What is the rubber and the condition?
Are they 245/45/ZR17

Three of the rims are perfect, one has a little bubbling on the edge of the rim. The 2 rear tires are new, and the 2 front have 60% left on them.
