I've had it with this car and am now looking at selling it. The body has 246 000 kms on it but the top end has under 100 kms and the botom end has around 180. has a brand new TD05 evo 16G ported/polished along with the TD05 headers coated.. BUT.. On the way home from the body shop today the rear turbo went so it has to be sent back so just to be safe I am sending both. It has 780 cc injectors a FMIC with an ips pipe kit, 19 inch chrome wheels with hawk pads and cross drilled/slotted rotors, Greddy e-manage ultimate with wide band adapter along with speed density setup. I also have the twin intake pipes with aem filters that have not even been installed yet. The car has a brand new deft racing venom series bumper and 575 hood. greddy profec B spec II boost controller. AEM adjustable FPR, 3000gt spoiler, rebuilt 5-speed tranny done by econo transmissions, cianci triple gauge pod with autometer C2 gauges, innovate motorsports LC1 DB series wideband with blue digital readout gauge, stillen dp with custom magnaflow exaust. I also have a complete stero system that I would be willing to leave in the car if it's wanted.. if not I'll take it out. Pics can be seen in my thread in the stealth/3000gt section. If you are seriously interested in the car pm me and we can discuss what you want with it and figure out a price. But do not waste my time with low balls please:)

He's just discouraged! He'll snap out of it!
I'll keep it in my garage for a bit and he'll start to miss it!

That thing is so close to being there, is it going to cost you anything for the rebuild? Sorry to hear mat.

no everything will be free but it's the time it takes to do all this. I would be afraid to know how many hours I have into this car and how many times it's pissed me off. My car likes to kick me while i'm down you could say :)

I know all about the trials and tribulations of 3S's. I drove mine 100miles in 2 years and the rest of the time put probably over 1000 hours into it and over 15K in mods. All I can say is when it is running it is a beautiful thing. I wouldn't take any other car over it. BUT, these mitsu's never seem to be reliable, so you have to be willing to work on it for the rest of your life :)

I was at your point many times but now that it is running all is forgotten. You take a huge loss selling off a modded car. Instead of getting almost nothing for it (50c on the dollar or less), put it in storage for a few years. When you've forgot what a PITA they are to work on, pull it back out and get it running. Beter to own it and not use it than to take a bath on it. Get some enjoyment out of all the time and money you've spent on it!

If you decide to part it out, let me know. I'd like to buy your hood and a few other things.

That's my fear in modding my Stealth, it's been good to me the 10+ years I've owned it and I drive it all year long. Power wise, stock is plenty for me but I can understand how you and other members are craving for more.

Your car is beautiful, if you're willing to part some stuff, let us know as I'm sure a lot of members, including me would be interested.

EDIT. People advices above are quite true, take a step back. I hate my car when I have to drop money to fix it (usual wear and tear), but like it so much more when the work has been done.

 quimby! that car is beautiful! don't let it get the best of you. take out the turbos, send em away, and install them again. i''l bet once that girl is dialed in you'll feel all the hours you spent were worth it.:)

keep the damn car!

atleast enjoy it for awhile before you sell it, if you're anything like me you want to get your money's worth out of it before you get rid of it

Keep the car...
I've put blood and sweat into modding my car, and I'm sure you have done the same along with other 3s owners.
I'm almost done my modding and can't wait to see her properly tunned. I can bet yet you once your car is tuned, you'll think twice about selling it.
Good Luck either way...

You bet if someone wants to buy it I'll sell it. The turbos are in texas at the moment though so I stuck it in the garage and try to forget about it.
