How hard is the install? How hard is it to tune? Any big headaches I should know about? thx

Its very easy to install. I think its just 5 wires that splice right into the wires at the ECU. Tunning isn't very hard either but you must have an A/F gauge at a minium to set it up properly. Read up on www.3si.org there a ton of info on how to tune it.

I have a Autometer A/F gauge but it seems to be more of a light show than anything else.. Will that be sufficient or do I need a better one with a wideband O2 sensor?

Also if you do the blue or white wire trick you can get a digital read out of what voltage your 02's are running. Most guys tune in the .92-.94 range to be on the safe side. Basicaly with the A/F guage you'll be like one light away from the last green light.
I don't have a wideband o2 and have just used the a/f gauge and blue wire trick to tune with. I could pick up more HP if I brought it to a dyno to tune but untill then my settings seem to work for me.
