Members Marketplace section of the board

I know this should actually be in the suggestions page, but I think it warrants the views that can only be obtained from the General page.
I proposed thois before, but it got deleted when the board was moved to another server.
How about a "Members Marketplace" page of the board where we can post info, coupons, specials, etc for products and services not strictly related to cars, that may be of great value to the membership here, and also work as a promotional tool for our companies, entrepreneurial endeavors, etc. For instance, a web developer can post a blurb about his/her work, offer a free consultaion.quote and maybe 10% off to fellow members. Same with someone who builds decks, installs tiles or trims dogs nails....I dunno, skies the limit!
I'd rather deal with a fellow member, esp. if I can get a great deal, than to have to sift through the yellow pages and chance fate for not getting ripped off. Plus, I know a lot of us do have good products/services etc....that can be offerred to existing members...Hell it can also work as a job posting as well.
So, whatta ya think?

I'm for it, and i'm sure alot of member are as well. By Monday, we'll have it up (i doubt the votes will show otherwise).

Lars, i'll have you write up an announcment for that forum, that will remain on the top, to tell exactly what the use of that forum is, and any rules or anything that may apply.
