Bc3si Summer Gathering!!!

Let's start to plan ahead. Everyone get ahold of everyone you know with a 3S and let's make this happen!

I'm thinking dead smack in the middle of Summer. End of July/Beginning of August. Anyone else with anymore date ideas.

Let's get a date settled first and than we can get a good plan together for the cruise.

I'm willing to go with dates EVEN if my car wil NOT be ready. I'm hugely supporting the BC3SI community.

Unfortunately he won't be able to make it out to the summer gathering becasue he will be away on vacation during that time, but he will be coming out to many more meets.

This is the Confirmed list as of today. I have 25 3SI members on my list with their phone numbers as well. I have tried to get into Contact with all of them today and some are on my "MAYBE" list. This list is 100% confirmed. Notice how I'm not on this list although I WILL be there. My car may not. Half of the people I have not been able to get ahold of yet. This list will get updated with every addition that happens.

I have made a "Confirmed" list, a "Maybe" list, a "Not Coming" list, and a "Have not talked to" list. I'm happy to address that the "Maybe" list is quite big, but there is not a single member in the "Not Coming" list.
