my experience started when my GTO had to get the OOP done. Tire rods & tires needed replacing and my SRS light was on. everything that needed to be replaced was done except for the SRS light. they had my car for OVER A MONTH because of that light & they still didn't fix it when they released it.

i called every 2 days and the service manager norm, would give me some b.s time (it should be done next week) or he would dodge my calls. bad customer service.:finger:

so the day came when i get my car back. the SRS light was still on, norm told me to come back with the light off and he will let it pass OOP regardless of how i do it. he starts playing like he's doing me a favor because he's not charging me for all the "man hours" spent on trying to figure out why the SRS light was on.

not only did i wait over a month for a simple inspection to be over and done with but i also discovered that my odometer had an extra 150km on it.

do not get your car serviced from there, do not buy a car from there.
my former co-worker has another horror story about platinum when his brother bought a car there. i'll tell it if this thread gets enough interest.:)

I've had good experiences with Platinum, parts only. Mike in parts is a good guy and knows his stuff. I've never had any service work there. I do all my own service as well as for some other members. If you need any other mechanical work shoot me a PM.

I had the srs lamp on too which had to be removed to pass the oop but it was obvious(aftermarket steering wheel)

How did you find out your car had extra 150k on it? service records/ stickers?

Its called "Plantinum" mitsubishi, all you should need to know to avoid it.

Sorry for your horror story, you would have been better off at Dodge bar none.
