VR4 engine rebuild

Hello,

I want to freshen my engine while the transmission is getting new synchros.

Can any Ontario owners recommend a good engine rebuilder who knows these engines and will not rob me/us blind...

More specifics please!
"Freshen an engine" can mean so many things....How far do you want to go?
Also, Ontario is a big place....I think its twice the size of Texas and 4 times the size of France. Realistically, how far do you want to travel?
I know Dynamic auto in oakville is going to be doing my oil pump, bearing caps and mains this summer. Worked out to be about 7-8 hours I think.
