Active Aero/ Pop Up lights

Would anyone have an idea on how to test the relay for the pop up light/ power door lock relay to see if it is functioning. I want to make sure that's the problem. Another is the Active Aero. Mine is tilted down as it sits, where should I start looking to find the problem with that? Yes I know.....My car is messed. But I love it and will not give up!

AA: first unhook your font spoiler (mechanical part) and see if that is not the problem, many people run a bypass plug on the front motor.
If that woudnt help,- then it is your rear spoiler stuck. You can unbolt it and service it.

First make sure that your AA controller module doesn't have leaking capacitors - locating in gto under the left rear combo break light (yes, not only ECU caps have to be replaced, Active Aero, ECS,Active exhaust. Basically just replace them all if they have not been replaced.)
