So I've got a 99 daimante ecu that im putting in my first gen. Ive made the adapter harness, bought a tactrix openport 2.0 cable, Ecu Flash, and Evoscan software. For right now im bench testing the ecu just with a powersupply. I have power to pins 12, 25, 62, and ground to pin 13. These are all on the first gen connection side of the harness. The first issue im having is ecu flash cant connect to the ecu when I tell it to read from ecu. I select the top mitsubishi option for the method type. Thats all Ive changed, I guess im wondering if there are other pins that need power/ground, or if there are other settings I need to select in the software. Im new to this, but ive been doing lots of research on 3si and any other forums I can find. There doesnt seem to be a clear setup for this that Ive found, but im still looking!
