Finally! I'm not the only one going to those Stealth/3000GT Gatherings :D
Hi All,
I'm sure none of you know me but I go back aways. I'm one of the original members of the Stealth/3000GT email list which was way before 3SI was even thought of. Some of you may have seen my http://stealth.senecac.on.ca page. That's me :)
I've been out of the loop for a while but thanks to Gene Ross (gross?), I've found this site. It feels like home already.
I still have my red 92 Stealth TT but am not very active in any mailing lists or websites. Maybe this is my turning point back to activity.
I was very active back then and I've gone to three or four of the original Gatherings. This was back when there was only one per year and my first one was in Ocean City, MD where I was one of 8 people there; needless to say, I was the only Canadian.
It was fun back then because it was a small group of us. As time went on, things got bigger and a group of people came up with 3si. I was at the original gathering where this was thought up. The "3si" name was thought up and I hated that name and still hate, it but that's life (Eric would kill me if he read this). Although I was there when it was first conceived, I never signed up for the 3si organization. Some of the original listserv members weren't too thrilled about an organization so things got a little wierd.
Another listserv poped up where some of the members were active on both and some on one. It was getting to be too much of a pain so I left and have not been back since. I got caught up with other interests and have not really looked for any other sites.
Now I'm back :) This is a great site. I look forward to reading more on what's going on these days. Maybe one of these days I'll update my site ;) It was one of the first Stealth/3000GT sites around back then.
