Guys, I've been talking with Mike at the Hyatt Mitsu dealership that some of us visited a little back. He would like to do some more promotions of the club and the dealership (of course). :)

Some ideas that we've kicked around so far are:
* A Mitsubishi night down at Race City
* Having a club BBQ / car show at the dealership
* The show & shine for their grand opening later this summer
* A tie-in with the new TF&TF2 movie :p
* Having a Ms. Mitsu contest :D

Another thing we talked about was maybe getting some membership cards for the 'Mitsubishi club', that would include both 3Si and DSM members. I've been meaning to hit Staples and see how much it would be to print some up. Nothing fancy, just a business card-like thing that you could flash to make sure you get the 15% off parts for example. :)

Just thought I would post this up here and see what you think and maybe get some more ideas going. These guys have been good to deal with and I'm looking forward to seeing their new building go up. Not to mention we'll be able to get some Mitsu gear. :D

So I take it no one has any interest? :confused:

Eh, well anyways I picked up a free TF&TF2 poster today from the dealer today... ha ha! :D They had some ads around there promoting this website as well --> http://www.mitsubishistreet.com

Hopefully the chicks are as hot as the cars. :p

I talked to Hyatt mitsu today, and ordered up some parts. Excellent prices. Dodge wanted over double what hyatt did.

I'm in for the club events and show and shine.

Just saw this thread, I'm in for whatever too :)

Actually, I need a drivers side hood hinge, mine is a bit buggered up.
Can I just call and ask for Mike and say i'm part of the DSM club?

Yeah, Craig is the Parts guy - he's pretty cool. Like you said Davin, once you get him talking... :D

July would work well for me! :thumbup:

I called around for prices on front struts, dodge wanted 550.00, after seeing this thread, I called Hyatt who wanted 199.xx after a discount that West Edm Mits. was not will to give (15%). :thumbup:

Yeah I have also ordered some Mitsu friction modifier and a hood hing for $30 :thumbup:
I think unless there is a major price difference, I will definately be ordering from them now, saves me on shipping, duty, brokerage and USD-CAD charges. Plus they can get stuff from the States in 2-4 days.
